1. About SOMSOA

SOMSOA is a trading name operated by Sandra Gbadebo, a sole trader based in England.

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the SOMSOA website. By placing an order with SOMSOA, you agree to these terms.

2. Our products

SOMSOA sells heated slippers and related products. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, colours and specifications are accurate. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). The price payable is the price displayed when you place your order. Any applicable delivery charges are shown before you complete your purchase.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order will be confirmed after payment has been successfully processed.

We may cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable or there has been an obvious pricing or listing error. If payment has already been taken, you will receive a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.

We do not store your full payment card details.

6. Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and internationally where delivery is available. Delivery options, estimated delivery times and applicable charges are displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by the relevant delivery carrier and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

7. Cancellation and returns

Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.

8. Faulty or incorrect goods

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights. If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact somsoauk@yahoo.com so we can assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy.

9. Warranty

SOMSOA products are supplied with a 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page. The warranty does not replace or restrict your statutory consumer rights.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase will be the version in effect when you place your order.
